Before arriving at the pharmacy for your appointment, please fill and bring a printed copy of the Covid-19 Vaccine screening form along with your health card (if you have one). The vaccination appointment may take up to 30 minutes (this includes a 15 minute observation period that must be spent in the pharmacy after receiving the vaccine). Please remember to wear a T-shirt (easier for vaccine administration) and eat food (helps to avoid fainting) before coming to your appointment.

This screening test can potentially be used for travelling purposes to certain countries (check with your airline and IATA), work purposes, visiting a nursing or retirement home, or before or after social gatherings etc.

Please make sure you read through the screening questionnaire at the bottom of the booking page, if you answer Yes to any of these questions, you should be contacting an assessment centre for PCR testing to diagnose Covid-19 infection. This is not a diagnostic test. Please do not book this text if you have been in contact with somebody who tested positive or if you are having any of the Covid-19 related symptoms.
